Hi Boys,

Sorry for the late notice but we are planning to have a Christmas Day picnic this Saturday (25th Dec) at 2pm. There will be food, games, singing and a chance to celebrate Christmas with all your buddies. For those who are interested, we will be going to ARPC following the picnic for the special Christmas service.

Details are as follows

Event: 34th BB Christmas Day Picnic
Venue: TBD so watch this space. Most likely at Botanical Gardens
Time: 2pm, 25th December, 2010 (plus Christmas service @ ARPC after)
Cost: FREE
Attire: Please wear a red top (or at least bring a red top so we can all wear one to ARPC)
Gift exchange: Of course. Please bring something no more than S$5 in value.(pls warp up your gives)

Do note that is not an "official" school event so we will not be handing out consent forms. Everyone will be also tasked to bring the following

Sec 1s - Snacks (chips, cookies etc)
Sec 2s - Drinks and cups
Sec 3s/4s - Napkins, plates, forks etc and dessert
Officers/Primers - Main courses

The budget for each batch will be about S$1-2 per Boy. We will finalise actual budget later this week once we know how many Boys are attending. Please remember to keep all receipts.
